Robert Franklin, II, serves as the Diversity, Health Equity and Inclusion Programs Manager for Children's Human Resources and within the Child Health Advocacy Institute. Robert has worked in youth development for 18 years, and in that time, has lead several diversity and inclusion initiatives for youth serving organizations through training, advocacy, program development, change leadership and management. Robert has worked on local, regional and national teams in his career: most recently with Colorado State University, chairing the Diversity Catalyst Team, with Denver Public Schools and Parks and Recreation, as lead trainer and coach.
